Tell Ditchy your recipes - 28th May
So Ditchy wants your recipes for Channel 4’s Come Dine with Me if you have any and he uses them on the show and wins the £1000 you can have the money as long as you give it to charity.
Here are some of the texts from this morning….
- Ditchy here An idea 4 a starter. Use a large flat mushroom, cut a piece of cheese (stilon) place on top of the mushroom, wrap it all in parma ham & grill. Serve with mixed salad leaves with raspberry vingarette
- Ditchy Recipe, pasta and pork au gratin. Takes 15 mins really easy, really impressive! Cheers kate
- Hi ditch for the meal steak wrapped in stilton and bacon with new pots and garlic and tom garlic green beans really easy to cook and really tasty. Tracy in southport
- For starter. Portabello mushrooms fry upside down in a little butter for 5 mins, spread the gills with pesto and top with wilted spinach and brie. Stick under the grill until cheese is melted and serve. Laura Widnes gud luck ditch x

Mark Shaw from Warrington was the winner of the Tina Turner tickets he worked out that Grandma Ditchy was doing “The Best” by Tina Turner so he’s off to see her when she’s in the North West next year.
And the Golden Hour took a weird turn this morning when Ditchy and Debbie were discussing Tv shows from 1974.
Ditchy said that Fingermouse was his favorite programme of that year Debbie said it was called fingerbobs the texts and calls then went a bit mad it was FingerBobs but who presented it Ditchy said it was the well known children’s TV presenter Christopher Lillicrap others said it was Yoffy Paul in Wigan said it was Derek Griffiths to be honest we didn’t really care we just got to say Lillicrap on air!!!
