Save our red telephone boxes!

I can feel another campaign coming on...

Ditchy, Salty and Princess Debbie are so outraged that the nation's beloved red phone boxes are disappearing that they are considering adopting one.

Usually the preserve of animals in sanctuaries, now red phone boxes can be adopted in a bid to prevent their extinction. According to news reports BT is now allowing local councils to adopt the at-risk phone boxes.

But why not individuals? Why not Ditchy, Salty, you or me?

Salty had one suggestion: "I could put it on my drive and advertise my services in there... you know, as a general entertainer!"
