Boys cost more

Boys cost more to bring up than girls according to a new study. Mums and dads on average spend seven-thousand-pounds more raising a son from the ages of four to eighteen than they do on a daughter. Boys make a bigger dent on the wallet because they love expensive gadgets and sports equipment. Ditchy's got a son and daughter and doesn't agree, he says it's the other way round!

The Open Golf is continuing in Southport today......lets hope it's not a complete washout like yesterday!
