Lesson 8
Another great “supervision” today! That was our final lesson, and there’s no more we can do before the event on 8th August.
We’ve loved learning how to ski and we don’t think that this will be the last time we visit the slopes.

Lesson 7
Todays lesson went really well. In fact we wouldn’t even call it a lesson – we don’t need lessons now, we are that good. (We only require mild supervision!)
We are feeling so confident now, bring on the main event! Not one stumble from either of us today.

Lesson 6
We cant believe we’ve only got a week left of lessons before we have to ski on the big night in front of all our listeners!
We’re both getting a lot better – we don’t think there is much room for improvement now!
Ditchy has now regained his confidence and is skiing from the top of the slope without the instructor!

Lesson 5
Salty continues to ski from the top of the slope but now - without their ski instuctor! Ditchy has decided to continue from half way to ensure his skills and technique are spot on before attacking the big slope again!

Lesson 4
We’re ski-ing from the top of the big Slope!! We’ve finally made it all the way up there, after only 4 lessons.
There are still a few wobbly moments every now and then but we’re really impressed that we’ve now mastered stopping, the ski lift and we’re on the BIG Slope!

Lesson 3
We’re finally on the big slope!!!! We’re only halfway up it for now and its completely different to the nursery slope as it was packed with experts!
We had a bit of trouble with the ski lift at first but managed to get there in the end.

Lesson 2
Our 2nd lesson went great and we’re really pleased with how quickly we are progressing.
We have just about mastered stopping now and we are steadier on our ski’s even though there were a few times Salty and I got too close for comfort!
We have now learned how to weave down the slopes and we’re eager to get on the big slope!
First day on the slopes!
We had our first lesson today with Sandy at the chill factore, and to say it went well would be an understatement! It went really well and we’re both surprised that by the end of it we were skiing down the nursery slopes - alone!
Considering we were falling over on one ski at the beginning – we made great progress and we’re really looking forward to the next lesson on Thursday.
